Stay connected and nurture your spirit
Take a break from your day and elevate your soul. Join Rabbi Moritt, Morah Marian and special guests for a brief (10-15 minute) offering. We will change it up with combinations of song, teaching, meditation, imagery and/or prayer. We will also offer a misheberach l’cholim (a prayer for those who are ill) at every meeting.

Mi shebeirach avoteinu
M’kor hab’racha l’imoteinu
May the source of strength,
Who blessed the ones before us,
Help us find the courage to make our lives a blessing,
and let us say, Amen.
Mi shebeirach imoteinu
M’kor habrachah l’avoteinu
Bless those in need of healing with r’fuah sh’leimah,
The renewal of body, the renewal of spirit,
And let us say, Amen.

Prayer said upon washing hands for sacred purposes:

Baruch atah Adonai eloheinu melech ha’olam
asher kidshanu b’mitzvotav vitzivanu al netilat yadayim.

Blessed are you Adonai, our God, sovereign over all time and space,
who sanctifies us with your mitzvot and enjoins us to elevate our hands.

Stay tuned for programs in development:

  • A workshop on how to talk to your children about pandemic and coping with stress while we are hunkered down at home.
  • Celebrating Passover alone or without extended family.
